Rely
on VOXA for your true PERFORMANCE needs!
Nukabe is proud to introduce their
new line of VOXA braking products. All VOXA products are
Professionally Engineered and Manufactured to the highest
quality control specifications. Manufacturing and testing
is completed by Nukabe Group Companies Manufacturing Facilities.
The
newly developed VOXA Sport Rotor has the following outstanding
features.
1. Preeminent Braking Performance and Durability.
Metallurgical compositions have a huge impact on the performance
and durability of gray cast iron. During the melting and
pouring process, NKB adds rare and expensive alloying metals
that increase the thermal conductivity and help control
survace cracking related to heat. We do this by controlling
the amount of pearlite that is generated during the normal
foundry process. The unique alloying helps us attain material
strength through higher temperature braking operations,
excellent durability and resistance to heat related failures
on the braking surface and around the slot circumference.
Heat deformation and brake judder is greatly reduced and
in most cases eliminated under severe braking conditions.
Our unique slot arrangement is designed to help maintain
the friction surface of the brake pad and keep it in a like
new state. This helps stabilize the braking performance
and pad durability. Our exclusive fin shape, designed for
directional use, increases cooling performance and improves
braking effectiveness under all uses. More air flow and
better heat dissipation decreases heat soak into other braking
components increasing the severe use curve.
2.
Reduces Brake Noise.
Generally, friction surfaces have various out of plane node
and in-plane circumferential modes of vibration. By analyzing
those vibrations with computers, we can evaluate and predict
rotor performance. We can refine design and metallurgical
makeup to create a superior rotor that is predictable and
produced and optimally designed to eliminate vibration and
noise.

3. Less Brake
Judder
The cross-sectional form of the semi inner hat has been
modified, although it is common to have a modified outer
hat section. As the result of this modification and by having
suppressed heat inclination of the friction surface during
hard braking, generating of brake judder is suppressed and
stable brake effectiveness is established.
